Privacy Policy

At AKROS Movilidad we are committed to protecting the privacy of users of our website and of the people who contact us. This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD).

The personal data collected through the website —mainly via the contact form and communication channels— is processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing and responding to requests for quotes, information and technical advice on residential elevation solutions.
  • Responding to queries raised by the user.
  • Sending commercial information about AKROS Movilidad products and services, provided the user has given their express consent.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the express consent of the data subject, granted by ticking the acceptance box on the contact form or by providing their data through the enabled channels. In the case of sending commercial communications, the legitimisation is likewise based on the consent given.

4. Data retention

Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request or query raised and, where appropriate, for the legally required periods to address any possible liabilities arising from the processing. Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Where it is necessary to engage service providers acting as data processors, AKROS Movilidad will enter into the corresponding data processing contracts to ensure the appropriate protection of the information.

Data subjects have the right to exercise the following rights with AKROS Movilidad at any time:

  • Access: obtain information on what data is processed and for what purpose.
  • Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to the processing of data for reasons related to their particular situation.
  • Limitation: request the restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive the data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.

To exercise these rights, the user may send a written request to AKROS Movilidad by email to info@akrosmovilidad.com, stating the right they wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document.

AKROS Movilidad has adopted the technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk of the processing carried out, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, in order to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.

8. Data processors

For the provision of certain services, AKROS Movilidad relies on providers acting as data processors, including:

  • Google Analytics: web analytics service with anonymised IP address, used for statistical purposes and to improve the site. Google LLC acts as a data processor under the corresponding contractual commitments.

9. International transfers

No international transfers of personal data are made to third countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection, except those arising from the use of services from providers such as Google, which are made under the safeguards established by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other safeguard measures).

10. Complaints

If the user considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the applicable regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through its website www.aepd.es or its offices.
